To our valued Caughlin Club Kids parents and children;
First, we want to let you know how much your support means to our preschool and camps. We sincerely appreciate your trust in us to care for your children and hope everyone is staying healthy and safe.
As many of you already know, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak ordered certain businesses in Nevada to close their doors for 30 days beginning at noon today (3/18/2020). The order included all nonessential businesses statewide. While an exception was made to allow preschools and daycare providers to remain open, we have decided to close temporarily while this situation unfolds and better information becomes available. We think everyone needs to do what they can to stop the spread of the virus.
We understand the Governor’s reasoning for the orders he issued as this virus spreads rapidly and if not contained, could quickly overwhelm our health care system, making matters much worse.
The preschool is closing its doors at the end of the day today and we hope to re-open in a couple of weeks depending on what conditions look like at that time. In the meantime, we will be sanitizing the facility from floor to ceiling so we are in great shape when the time comes to re-open.
We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause our families and hope you will all stay safe.
We will provide additional information as it becomes available. We look forward to having your children back soon!

Below is an article posted that paints a very scary picture of what might unfold. Things are certainly changing rapidly. Hopefully, the author is overstating how dire things could get if the pandemic runs away from our ability to contain it. We know a lot of people have different opinions and feel the government is overreacting. I hope they are right. All we can do is encourage everyone to be safe, avoid crowds and wash your hands thoroughly and often.
